2023.07.02 - Our previous paper written by Dr. Kim in ACS Nano titled "Metallic Ti3C2Tx MXene gas sensors with ultrahigh signal-to-noise ratio" now has +1000 citations! This amazing milestone was achieved in just 5 years, showing the great interest in MXenes and their sensing applications. We thank all authors and collaborators.

2023.06.03 - Dr. Arun Nissimagoudar from the Indo-Korea Science and Technology Center visits our lab for 1 month to work on a collaboration project regarding computational calculations on MXenes.
2023.05.16 - Dr. Kim is a symposium organizer at the 2023 MRS Fall Meeting in Boston, for the session EL17 "Synthesis, Properties and Applications of 2D MXenes". Anyone who is interested is encouraged to participate in this symposium.

2023.05.08 - Prof. Yury Gogotsi, former advisor of Dr. Kim, visits our lab and delivers an invited talk at KIST titled "MXenes and their interaction with electromagnetic waves". Prof. Gogotsi is currently ranked 12th in the world (in materials science) with an h-index of over 200. We are very delighted to invite him to KIST.
